A busy morning begins with a little girl who wants to do three things at once, so we walk, we talk, we paint, and we do some housework... Then we garden, but she is tired.
We drift off to have a nap in the sunny bedroom, lying on the big bed, chattering, then quiet.
And she is gone, fast asleep - or is She?
Soon, I wake to a small hand tapping me, whilst the other is clutching some sunny yellow blooms...
Dandelions! Such Cheery little Lion-heads :-)
If Dandelions could, I reckon they would always be smiling... They smell like Earth itself!
You might always recognise that smell, it is all good.
Perfect Posy Princess!
A valuable Herb, read about Dandelion (Taraxacum officinalis) <--- LINK
Dandelion is used for arthritis, gout, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, edema and abnormal blood sugar levels. It is indicated for many female problems and skin diseases due to its action on the liver. The whole plant, especially the root, is beneficial to the liver but is slow in producing the desired action. Autumn roots are roasted and used as a coffee substitute.
